Mr. Gruenberg has resided in Hunterdon County for over 46 years and is a graduate of North Hunterdon High School. Upon graduation from law school, he served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Edmund R. Bernhard, Judge of the Superior Court in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
Mr. Gruenberg represents property owners and developers in all varieties of land use applications including use variance, site plan and subdivision applications and has appeared before numerous land use boards throughout the State of New Jersey. He has successfully obtained approvals for various clients including new automobile dealerships, national retailers and restaurants.
Mr. Gruenberg is experienced in all aspects of litigation including discovery, jury and bench trials, alternate dispute resolution methods such as mandatory court arbitrations, American Arbitration Association arbitrations, construction arbitrations and court ordered mediation.
Mr. Gruenberg's experience in the agricultural industry make him uniquely suited to the representation of farmers and agriculturalist including business formation, Right to Farm Act and Farmland Preservation matters.
Mr. Carroll is a member of the bar of the State of New Jersey. He obtained his juris doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School.in May 2023. As a law student, Ted demonstrated his leadership and passion for the law by serving as the president of the American Constitution Society and the vice president of the Brehons Irish Law Society. As an undergraduate, he attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania where he graduated maga cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science.
He is committed to providing high-quality legal services to clients in the general practice of law with a specialty in land use, estate planning, landlord tenant and municipal court matters. He is a proud native of New Hope, Pennsylvania, and has been very involved in his community having been awarded Eagle Scout, Voter Access Project Volunteer, Resident Assistant, Choral Scholar, Church Cantor, WCUER Music Director, WCU A Cappella Group President.
Barbara Stubbins came to Gruenberg Law Office as a paralegal with an extensive background in land use and zoning law. She previously worked for Koester Law, LLC, formerly known as Dilts & Koester. Prior to that she worked for a civil engineering firm for over 15 years and as a legal secretary and paralegal dealing with land use, zoning and municipal law for 18 years. As a paralegal with work experience with both attorneys and a civil engineer specializing extensively in land use and zoning, she provides a unique and comprehensive perspective when working on land use applications. Additionally, she has a background in estate administration having worked on both simple and complex estates from the initial steps of probating a decedent’s Last Will and Testament to final distribution of a decedent’s estate to its beneficiaries.
Millie Linzer came to Gruenberg Law Office as a paralegal with an extensive background in both residential and commercial real estate. She previously was employed by Koester Law, LLC as well as Dilts & Koester, who were approved attorneys for Farm Credit East, ACA through their local office. Millie will continue working with Farm Credit East, ACA through her employment with the firm. She has a combined work experience of over 40 years, having worked for two other firms in Hunterdon County and is well known throughout the county in real estate matters. She has also been instrumental in assisting with the preparation and execution of estate planning documents. She has been a local resident for her entire life, and is familiar with Hunterdon County and the immediate surrounding counties.
